Crafted Through Precision Manufacturing
We utilise the dense and durable material from the outer and intermediate sections of the Black Palm (Iriartea deltoidea) trunk. Owing to the large number of vascular bundles and wood fibres, some composed of thick-walled cells, these sections are ideally suited to achieve the desired performance characteristics: high hardness, high density, and excellent bending stiffness.
The material is sawn into rectangular lamellas, carefully kiln-dried, and subsequently bonded under pressure. The resulting product is ideally suited for the manufacture of veneers and solid panels.
